Description:SummaryAs Photon Counting CT (PCCT) Pre-production Engineering Manufacturing Support at our client site, you will perform diverse and complex assignments in support of client product manufacturing for the new detector engineering program.This role will support manufacturing of the CT detector and subcomponents for the PCCT engineering program by operating precise production equipment. Successful candidates will have a safety-oriented mindset and able to meet delivery goals in a complex and dynamic environment. This role will interface with process owners to receive direction and to provide feedback on the existing processes. Additional assignments may include execution and documentation of experiments designed by the engineering team.ResponsibilitiesEquipment set up for production in accordance to specified settings.Operation of developmental process including accurate digital records of the work performed as required for company’s quality policyProactively identify hazards and assist in resolution of safety concernsSuggest improvements to current processes and work instructionsAssist the execution of previously designed experimentsCollaborate with engineering personnel for process development and improvementAddress and/or escalate abnormalities with equipment quality and production flowVisually inspect components and manipulate features under a microscope to resolve discrepanciesFrom detailed instructions, set up equipment for material recovery (rework) when applicableComply with daily safety, quality, and delivery goalsAssist with ensuring equipment readiness when equipment is in idle stateMaintain workstation in an orderly state following the 5S protocol while meeting all requirements of a cleanroom environmentRequired Qualifications:Associates degree, or a High School diploma and a minimum of 2 years technical experienceProficiency to logically troubleshoot at subsystem and system level, using identifiable problem solving techniquesProficiency to understand and interpret basic written technical informationFine motor skills and high levels of visual acuityRequired skill set:Manufacturing experience, computer proficiency, fine motor dexterity, high levels of visual acuityDesired QualificationsExperience in a precision manufacturing environmentProficiency with Microsoft office applicationsKEY SKILLSMamufacturing EXP(Precision CT Doctors , Detailed motor Dexterity , Strong Computer Skills)Notes:Work shift – 1st 7Am - 330PM (OT is occasional if needed)VIVA is an equal opportunity employer.
