Description:Assembly Manufacturing EngineerYour ResponsibilitiesAs an OFP Assembly ME for supporting the Loader Cabs assembly line, you will:Work with cross-functional teams to identify and implement continuous improvement projects for safety, quality, delivery, and costLead and manage small to moderate scope capital projectsEstablish and maintain layouts, labor standards, methods and sequence of events for assembly operationsAnalyze, develop, and implement new manufacturing processes and technologiesProvide support and troubleshooting for current assembly operationsWhat Skills You Need1 or more years of experience with manufacturing processes, quality, tooling, preventative maintenance, and facilitiesExperience with engineering tools and manufacturing execution systemsExperience leading and implementing projects in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentStrong communication skills with operators, peers, and leadershipSelf-motivated and able to execute with minimal supervisionIdeally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:Bachelor's degree in engineering/technology discipline or equivalent related work experience(Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Electrical engineering preferred)Strong personal accountability, follow-through, and ability to foster a positive, engaged team environmentIdentify and implement cost reduction, quality, safety and ergonomic improvement ideas for loader cab assembly operationsNotes:1st Shift - 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM OT hours if requested - between 5-8 hours VIVA is an equal opportunity employer.
