Job Description Summary

Manufacturing Equipment Operator

Under direct supervision, set up, monitor, and operates various piece of equipment associated with the manufacturing facility requirements -rewind, tapeline, packager, tape/braider, marline, plastic extruder, PCP injection.
May included operation of multiple machines at one time.
Could also include repair, patching or splicing cable.
May perform quality assurance activities as required by manufacturing/engineering specifications and ISO requirements.

Responsibilities:

Ability to read and interpret routine instructions. Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
Good mechanical aptitude, use of general hand tools and precision measuring equipment.
Ability to operate material moving equipment/overhead crane and/or obtain certification.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent. Minimum 6 months previous manufacturing experience
This site manufacture reinforced polypipe use to run oil underground.
This position will be basically running a coiler and changing reels.

Main Skills:

Hand Tools, Power Tool experience
Forklift experience (Nice to have but not required)
Good Attendance

Note :

Night 7PM - 7AM
Day 7AM - 7PM
M-F, Saturdays optional (OT required)
Steel toed boot required
