Description: Responsibilities• Ability to read electrical schematic and sub-panel layout drawings along with other production/manufacturing instructions to assemble electrical panels.• Work with production lead or senior technician to resolve semi-complex manufacturing issues and participates in troubleshooting activities on panel assemblies• Upholds all applicable codes, standards and manufacturing workmanship guidelines on panel assemblies.• Participates and supports continuous improvement initiatives.• Helps develop estimates of requirements arising from process changes• Must be able to interface and communicate effectively with the manufacturing team and hardware engineering to ensure completion of tasks and projects.• Ensures manufacturing Safety supporting Zero Harm Culture (ZHC). High School diploma or equivalent• Must demonstrate good safety and quality practices.• Must be flexible and willing to work overtime and alternate shifts as needs arise.• Ability to work independently; follows written and oral instructions; good communication skills• 0 to 2 years experienced with Control Panel Manufacturing• Ability to work effectively with team members at all levels.• Good attendance is required.
