Job Description

Responsible for cleaning, mopping, sweeping, emptying trash containers, cleaning shavings
The Entry-Level Manufacturing Technician supports daily production operations across extrusion, tapeline, and cover line processes.
This role focuses on monitoring equipment performance, assisting with machine setup, maintaining quality standards, and supporting continuous improvement activities.
The technician works closely with operators and leadership to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production while developing multi-line competency.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED are required
Must have prior forklift and crane operation experience

Essential Requirements of the Role
Forklift and crane experience, Mechanical experience/aptitude

Desirable Attributes
Troubleshooting capabilities, mechanically inclined with hand power tools

Soft Skills
Thorough communication, punctuality

Tools or Software
Familiar with Excel, Oracle or SAP/ERP Systems and Microsoft word.

Education
Highschool diploma or GED

Industry Background or Experience
Manufacturing environment (preferably Oil & Gas)

Accreditations / Qualifications / Certification / Licenses
Forklift & Crane certifications (Preferred)

Notes:
Rotating Shifts: Monday-Friday 5:00am-1:30pm, 1:00pm-9:30pm, or 9:00pm-5:30am. Weekends may be required. and the shifts can change from work week to work week .
