This position requires a strong foundation in electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams in a regulated manufacturing environment.
When you join us, you will work with a team of committed individuals who trust one another to deliver results. We value innovation and out of the box thinking, balanced with strong collaboration across functions.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair PCBA FCT fixtures and test stands, including mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic components
Perform scheduled preventive maintenance (PMs) on test fixtures and test systems to ensure reliability, repeatability, and uptime
Support test system maintenance, including test PCs, instrumentation (DMMs, power supplies, switches), cabling, and interfaces
Diagnose and resolve fixture and test system related failures impacting production yield, efficiency, or throughput
Partner with Test Engineers to debug hardware and software issues related to FCT systems
Execute and document fixture verifications following maintenance, repairs, or design changes
Assist with fixture builds, modifications, and ECO implementations
Maintain accurate documentation, including PM records, repair logs, and calibration status
Work cross functionally with Manufacturing, Quality, and Engineering teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure compliance with ESD, safety, quality, and regulatory standards
Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action activities related to test system failures

Required Qualifications
Associate degree or 3+ years of relevant experience in Electronics, Engineering Technology, Computer System Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting Functional Circuit Test (FCT) systems in a manufacturing environment; medical device experience is strongly preferred.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and regulatory requirements, including FDA regulations.
Hands-on experience using electronic test equipment (including multimeters and oscilloscopes), hand tools, soldering equipment, and assembly tools.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate test data, identify trends, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
Self-driven and proactive, with the ability to independently prioritize work, take ownership of issues, and drive tasks to completion with minimal supervision.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing teams.
Ability to perform physical tasks associated with a manufacturing environment, including lifting equipment weighing up to 40 lbs and standing for extended periods.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with automated test software, such as LabVIEW, TestStand, or similar platforms
Experience working in a PCBA manufacturing environment, supporting production test, fixtures, or manufacturing processes
Basic programming or scripting exposure (Python, VB, C#, or similar) used for test support or troubleshooting
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and continuous improvement
Ability to read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, test procedures, and technical documentation
Experience working in an ISO 13485 or FDA regulated manufacturing environment
