Candidate will play a key role in ensuring Marketing strategies are executed according to plan, on time and on budget.DutiesGathers the requirements and proactively leads and executes assigned projectsHelp marketing organization ensure materials match approved content through extensive validation and proofing processCollaborate with our internal creative team as well as external client partners to ensure marketing material and campaign designs remain compliantMaintains project timelines and status reports, communicates key milestones and risks to stakeholdersReviews and validates copy against Source of Truth Documents for our Annual Enrollment PeriodMaintains spreadsheet of tracking metricsProject manages any campaigns where materials are sent to outside proofing clientOther work as assignedExperience3+ years’ experience in marketing or related field.Experience working in highly regulated industry a plus.Experience working with marketing project management/automation tools a plus.Proven ability to work in fast paced environment.Excellent attention to detail.EducationThe highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.Notes:M-F 8-5Fully remote (never coming onsite)VIVA is an equal opportunity employer.
