This role partners cross functionally with Marketing, Finance, Sales Operations, and IT to ensure data accuracy, enable performance diagnostics, and support ROI focused planning and optimization.MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESDrives the business intelligence of our eyewear brands, frames and lenses, ideating and maintaining dashboards to support Marketing activities, and to conduct deep-dive diagnoses providing insights behind performanceActs as a strategic partner to brand managers and directors in building the monthly business reviews for executive management, identifying opportunities for improvement and recommending corrective action plans.Manages data analytics of the budget planning and optimization, inclusive of forecasting marketing initiatives’ outcomes and ROIs.Leads data harmonization processes as needed, partnering closely with Finance, Sales Operation, Business Planning, Business Analytics and IT, to ensure data accuracy.Manages the optimization of marketing campaigns and product launches, co-designing customer targeting segmentations with sales and marketing managers, and measuring their effectiveness.Notes:Work Hours: M-F 9-6pOnsite/HYBRIDThis is a contract role with the possibility of conversion to full-time based on business needs and performance
