Description: The successful candidate must demonstrate excellent operational and project management skills, communications and writing skills, resourcefulness, and the ability to work effectively within a matrixed organization.The MarCom Specialist assists in the development of routine marketing communication materials required to support marketing plans and programs. Assists with the maintenance of electronic libraries for use in routine advertising, brochures, internet and intranet development, presentations and trade shows. Assists in preparing routine reports and various documents to measure various sales and promotional communications effectiveness. Assists in coordinating routine projects, such as trade shows, awareness and demand generation campaigns. Assists with project tracking for the Marketing Communications department. ResponsibilitiesAssists Marketing Communications Manager to create digital marketing material such flyers, white papers, videos, PowerPoint presentations for the current product portfolio and upcoming product launches.Maintains Computed Tomography USA Intranet and Internet with content management system and Sharepoint toolsManages operational tools, including the regulatory review process and opening job requests for creative services and other channel partners.Maintains content libraries and ensures usability for salesManages and executes internal communication projects such as internal newsletter. BackgroundDegree in Communications, Marketing, or related fields. Experience with Microsoft 365 apps a plus. Must-Have SkillsHigh organization and attention to detail.Project management capabilities — managing multiple projects at different stages.Resourcefulness — proactive in finding answers and solving problems.Strong communication skills — especially in writing and email communication. Nice-to-Have SkillsBackground in marketing or communications.Ability to follow detailed processes.Outgoing and friendly personality to fit the team culture.
