Marketing Coordinator Consultant, Consumer Acquisition and Broker MarketingThe Marketing Operations Coordinator Consultant is responsible for supporting all Medicare Supplement and Ancillary consumer acquisition and broker marketing campaign operations.The Marketing Coordinator Consultant role is focused on the operational tasks necessary to ensure flawless execution of our consumer acquisition and broker marketing campaigns. The right candidate will have strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a highly matrixed environment. The ideal candidate is also adaptable and proactive, able to pivot quickly as priorities, timelines, and requirements evolve while maintaining high-quality results. A collaborative mindset is essential, with a genuine interest in cross-functional teamwork and the ability to engage effectively with partners across the Medicare Marketing organization.The Marketing Coordinator will work with the campaign lead for our Medicare Supplement and Ancillary (Dental, Vision and Hearing Flex; Hospital Indemnity Flex; Recovery Care Choice; Home Care Plus; Final Expense) products.Key Responsibilities IncludeManage campaign execution related deliverables, working within client’s project management system to ensure proper tracking and completion of tasks.Responsible for reviewing creative and copy (printed and digital) for accuracy against the source of truth.Submit assets for compliance and legal review and relay feedback to creative agencies to ensure marketing assets remain compliant with state Department of Insurance regulations.Communicate obstacles and provide recommendations for problem solving to ensure deliverables are metAssist with the development of team presentations such as reporting decks and playbooks.Help lead competitive research projects used to inform marketing strategy.Other responsibilities as assigned.Required Qualifications2+ years of experience in Marketing, Agencies or Consulting rolesAbility to work in a cross functional, highly matrixed organizationAbility to work on multiple tasks simultaneouslyAbility to adapt and pivot, when project priorities, timelines or requirements changeProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPointPreferred QualificationsMotivated self-starter, process-oriented with high attention to detail.Flexibility to accommodate multiple projects with competing priorities.Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple disciplines.Aptitude for finding creative solutions to meet our business challenges.Ability to manage feedback from multiple stakeholders and adjust accordingly.Strong multitasking, project management, communication, collaboration, and relationship development skills.Ability to work in fast-paced team environment.Healthcare or Medicare experience is a plus, not required.ExperienceCandidate must be able to self-manage their workloadExperience with redlining Adobe pdfEducationAA or BA in Marketing/Communications, Project Management, Business Management, or equivalent experience.Notes:Monday through Friday; 9am - 6pm EST 40 hour work weekFully remote (never coming onsite)
