Job Description


Responsibilities / Tasks of the Role:
Performing mechanical assembly, maintenance, repair, and overhaul to ensure equipment safety and reliability
Conducting mechanical inspections to maintain compliance
Interpreting system data to troubleshoot complex mechanical issues
Supporting initiatives to reduce maintenance costs for in-line inspection tools
Working toward Level 1/Level 2 competency across MFL, Gemini, TFI, and Caliper Technologies
Ensuring zero deficiency workshop execution to support flawless field operations
Assisting with root cause analysis to prevent recurring tool failures
Following internal HSE procedures to maintain a safe and compliant environment
Promoting and sustaining 6S standards in the workshop

Essential Requirements of the role:
Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering (preferred) or college diploma in similar discipline
1-3 years experience in Downstream chemical process treatment programs would be ideal

Desirable attributes of the worker:
Strong understanding of industrial chemical treatment technology and sales process
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Previous experience working in a laboratory setting and/or familiarity with analytical methods and interpretation
A comprehensive understanding of customer requirements and refinery market conditions
Ability to present complex technical content to various levels of internal and external organizations, in a clear and concise manner
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
Ability to drive a company vehicle as required to perform job duties (motor vehicle record checks will be performed to determine eligibility to drive a company vehicle)
