Job Description


SCOPE OF THE PROJECT:

Due to the volume of systems, interdependencies, servers, and various locations throughout the client, additional staff is needed to support the effort. The team will ensure systems are set up following industry best practices to ensure strategic initiatives and compliance with federal and state regulatory laws and ensure business continuity.
This position will be a part of the team responsible for supporting Microsoft Dynamics and Power platform. They will also be involved with supporting the day-to-day operations.
Candidates should be self-motivated, team-oriented, work under limited supervision, and respond to priority tasks as needed.

DAILY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:

Emphases for the Web/Internet candidate will be support of our Office 365 Government G3 Dynamics and power platform to support a newly implemented COVID19 solutions.

Specific duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:


Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform subject matter expert
Develop, modify, test, implement, and support applications and objects within Microsoft Dynamics and Azure
Expand capabilities through the creation of new forms, entities, workflow, and reports
Maintain, monitor, and support solutions implemented in Microsoft Dynamics and Azure environment
Assist with design and implementation of data structures within the environment
Building and deploying Dynamics 365 packages from development, test, and production environments
Integration between Microsoft Dynamics applications and other applications, third party API, and Rest Services
Assist in the design of system architectures to align with organizational strategic business objectives.
Utilization of PowerApps, Workflow, Forms
Programming JavaScript and JQuery
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues
Reviews and monitoring usage reports
Assist with Office 365 Government G3 environment, permissions, and security.
Deploy custom developed Dynamic and third-party solution packages
Configures Dynamic services and settings
Support and develop PowerBi Dashboards
Documents configuration and architecture
Provides support to end users
Requires mastery technical and business knowledge in multiple disciplines/processes.
Create supporting project and system documentation.
Work in a collaborative effort to conceptualize total systems and/or product solutions currently in place.

Ability to plan, organize, review, implement associated project milestones to completion. Assist with development of policies and procedures to conform and comply with client standard cyber security policy design related to information risk management, designation of data as to criticality, confidentiality, and protection.
This will also include compliance to client security policy/procedures as well as integrating systems when possible to streamline staff workflows, user security, and data correction.

All required information including formulas, data, and mechanisms to check output.
Staff to assist with any application or data questions.
Conference rooms and scheduling for any application demos.
Workstation and required software.

6. Ability to integrate technical systems with client goals and objectives.

REQUIRED EDUCATION:

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant field of work or equivalent work experience.

The position will be utilized for 40 hours per week for the duration of this project. The selected candidate should be able to work flexible hours where it may be necessary for work to be completed outside traditional business hours.
The candidate will work closely with the Assigned Section Manager to identify, prioritize, and schedule workload and implementation to IT standards and procedures. The candidate will work closely with customer and subject matter experts for the system design and testing.
