This position works collaboratively with client field staff to ensure efforts have been made to locate missing, abducted, and runaway children and appropriate supports are referred upon recovery.Engage with parents, caregivers, and families in the efforts to locate and recover MAR children.Coordinate efforts for ongoing support to children who are identified as a victim of a crime and/or suspected of being a victim of sex trafficking while abducted, missing, or a runaway. A background in investigations of some kind would be a plus, and if they have knowledge of the child welfare system.They’ll need to be able to use computers and Microsoft Office products, as well as document in Guardian.Once trained, they’ll have to work independently to an extent.The position normally requires a Bachelor’s Degree.They’ll also need to have availability to work weekends/holidays.
