Sr. Mobile app developerThe scope of this project includes enhancements to existing mobile app, or new development of a new mobile app (if applicable). Work may include user interfaces, database design/modification, batch jobs, reports, queries, or other such technical work as is necessary to accomplish a functional component. The following list is in an initial priority order. However, priorities will be assessed regularly, per use of an Agile development methodology, which will line out specific deliverables for each period throughout the term of this contract. This approach will help ensure the highest priority/highest value work is accomplished first.Following is an initial list of work objectives.Client mobile app enhancements and developmentWork to be identified and prioritized by the client Project ManagerWork will be assigned to the contractor through GitLab ticketsDevelopment of XMT mobile appWork will be defined and assigned by the client Project ManagerTasks outside the scope of software development for the client are excluded from this statement of work.DeliverablesWorking source code that adheres to client’s design, development, and security standardsThoroughly tested and production-ready code (i.e. deployable code)Documented code changesWork must be committed, buildable, deployable, and runnable at the end of every sprint cycle with features delivered as planned and testable.Required enhancements to the client mobile apps.Fully functional user interfaces that meeting the requirements as outlined by the client staffFully functional queries and reporting capabilities, as requiredWorking database tables, as requiredWork ApproachClient uses the Agile methodology, Scrum framework for all development projects. This includes daily stand-up meeting, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives. Client uses the Agile methodology, Kanban & Scrum for product support and development. Contractor is required to participate in all scrum meetings (standups, reviews, retrospectives, planning, etc.).Client staff will perform user acceptance testing (UTA) and document all detected defects using baseline testing criteria. Defects will be prioritized for fixing and given to the Contractor to remedy. Contractor will fix priority defects. Client staff will retest and approve software. Once software has been approved, Contractor will coordinate with client staff to deploy the software into the appropriate environment.Notes:Contractor may operate full time onsite, or 1 day a week (hybrid) onsite status in the client office. The required 1 day a week onsite will be established by client within standard office hours.
