Mobile Device Support Digital Core HUB Partnering & SupportPosition Overview:This role works directly with end users across North America to support mobile devices and related services, ensuring alignment with the client standards, policies, and operational needs.Key Responsibilities:Work directly with end users within the region to communicate changes and impacts to their IT environment.Partner with vendors on service contracts to ensure optimal solutions for customers.Provide troubleshooting support for mobile devices and mobile applications.Develop user guides and instructions for the client–specific application configurations and setup.Coordinate updates and upgrades for mobile devices with customers.Record and document all new processes and procedures within the service scope, and update existing documentation to ensure clarity and consistency for coworkers.Support change and release processes for the implementation of IT systems.Produce reports and perform clean-up activities, including canceling mobile lines showing zero usage and cross-charging business areas that fail to return devices from departing employees.Manage decommissioning and shipping of devices to remarketing partners.Generate and present results of clean-up efforts to the client supervisor.Ensure compliance with guidelines outlined in the Mobile Policy by business users.Qualifications:Interest or experience in IT operations, end-user support, or enterprise IT environments.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills.Experience with iOS platforms (preferred).Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and related applications (preferred).Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts (preferred).Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively.Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, from senior management to individual contributors.Must HaveDE QualificationsMS-Office Tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)Tools ITECIT-SupportNotes:Excellent Customer Service skills minimum 1 year Customer Service experience, supporting end users, Excellent Verbal and Written Communication.
