Job Description


The client is seeking an experienced .NET developer to support existing custom applications. Applications are primarily in C# with SQL backend. In addition, this role will offer application support for the following application: REDCap, SAS, and GitHub. Requires excellent communications and documentation skills as well as the ability to interact directly with application users to elicit requirements and support applications.

Skill - Required / Desired - Amount of Experience
4 year college degree or equivalent technical study - Required
Independent .NET development - Required - 6 Years
Code enhancement and development programs and/or required fixes to production problems using the functional and technical programming standards - Required
Analyze and design enhancements, development programs, and/or required fixes to production problems. - Required
Work with users to ensure that solutions meet business requirements. - Required
Plan all required process steps. - Required
Review and understand the Application Team’s workplan. - Required
Provide status of work to Team Lead. - Required
Anticipate, identify, track and resolve issues and risks affecting own work and work of the Application Team. Develop contingency plans as necessary. - Required
Engage in ongoing process improvement. - Required
Detailed functional and process knowledge. - Required
Utilize deep modeling, design and coding skills. - Required
Provide expertise in SQL database environments. - Required
Provide excellent system documentation. - Required
Proactively propose changes/updates to solutions. - Required

Notes:

Remote/Onsite
12 hours/week
Ability to meet occasionally for training and meetings between 7:30am and 4pm. Otherwise, work may be done independently with flexible schedule.
