Job Description:NPI PlannerTHE ROLE:The team operates in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment and is currently comprised of one fully dedicated and one partially dedicated Sales & Support specialist. Together, they support all aspects of selling pre-production validation hardware to external customers, with work managed through clear task ownership across a broad range of responsibilities.Key ResponsibilitiesExternally FacingServe as the primary interface with external customersManage customer communications and demand planningProcess quote requestsSupport purchase order fulfillment, including providing regular status updatesProvide RMA supportInternally FacingPerform supply planning and place purchase ordersManage and maintain price listsOversee order management activities, including fulfillment and invoicingTHE PERSON:The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication abilities, excellent multitasking and organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:Previous sales support as well as demand/supply planning in the electronics industryProficiency with MRP systems.Strong Excel skillsACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:Bachelor's degree preferredVIVA is an equal opportunity employer.
