Responsibilities / Tasks of the Role:Reception support, managing stationery orders, Lunch orders for meetings, Customer reports and data prep for Customer delivery.In addition, facilitating facilities requirements and helping manage sourcing of vendors for facilities related work.Essential Requirements of the role:Must have high level customer service, efficient communication and organizational skills to manage client and employee traffic and administrative tasks.Must be able to multitask and be proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft TEAMS.Desirable attributes of the worker:Positive, welcoming demeanor.Professional and friendly communication skills.Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, including problem solving and attention to detail skills.Tools or Software:Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, and knowledge of EXCELEducation Qualifications:Quality candidates with above mentioned attributesIndustry Background or Experience:Front desk receptionist or in hospitality industryNotes:8 hours per day/ 5 days per week. 7 AM to 4 PM with one hour lunch breakTraining will be provided.
