Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Performs daily duties in the client Building mailroom, picking up, sorting mail
Performs internal mail runs twice daily, and, at times may require external mail runs twice daily. (using client furnished vehicle)
Processing daily, all outgoing mail and express shipments.
Experience handling money
Able to lift 50 pounds at a minimum.
Able to follow verbal and written instructions, as well as clear communication either verbally or written to supervisors and/or Stakeholders.

SKILLS NEEDED:
Microsoft WORD, EXCEL, and Outlook


Skill - Required / Desired Amount of Experience
Ability to speak and understand English, both verbal and written - Required
Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent - Required
Experience with Microsoft WORD, EXCEL and OUTLOOK - Required - 1 Years
Experience sorting mail - Required - 1 Years
Experience handling money - Required - 1 Years
Strong data entry skills - Required
Ability to lift 50+ lbs - Required
Experience using fwcc-laserfiche system - Desired
