Description: Job Summary:The Operations Support Coordinator supports daily business functions by generating essential reports, maintaining accurate data systems, coordinating departmental training, and assisting with administrative and operational workflows. A key aspect of this role includes handling data and routing entries in SAP to support production and process accuracy. Key Responsibilities: Department Training CoordinationSchedule and track training sessions across departments. Maintain training records and communicate updates with supervisors and HR. MF47 Report PreparationPrepare and maintain MF47 reports, ensuring data is accurate and submitted on time for team and management review. Discrete Error ReportingCompile and distribute Discrete Error Reports. Assist with error tracking and collaborate with relevant teams to resolve recurring issues. Weekly PTO Report ManagementGather and summarize PTO data weekly. Generate Weekly manning File for Supply Chain and Ops. Material Ordering SupportWork with teams to identify material needs, submit orders, and follow up on delivery schedules. Effy Data ManagementEnter and maintain operational data in the Effy system. Ensure data accuracy for team reporting and KPI tracking. Employee ID Entry into DayforceAdd and update employee information in Dayforce to support HR records, payroll, and system access. SAP Data & Routing Entry SupportAssist in entering and updating master data and routing information in SAP. Collaborate with production and engineering teams to ensure all entries reflect current processes and operational needs. Systems they will use, but not required to be familiar with: Excel, Teams, SAP, Outlook Education:We would be looking for someone that is currently attending College and look for a higher level degree in Engineering or Business.
