Order Entry Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Focus: Review customer contracts to ensure compliance with desired terms and conditions. Monitor, analyze, and report on contract performance.
Coordination & Communication: Facilitate the flow of information among various groups and customers, resolving issues to meet schedule commitments and achieve customer satisfaction.
Representation: Act as the group’s representative in internal meetings, ensuring that all interactions reflect client's commitment to excellence.
Best Practices: Ensure orders follow execution best practices and company policies. Monitor and control order progress, financials, and resource utilization.
Risk Management: Identify, qualify, and manage order risks, ensuring all opportunities are pursued.
Continuous Improvement: Capture, analyze, and share lessons learned throughout the order lifecycle. Drive formal acceptance of orders and contract close-out.
Financial Oversight: Ensure timely payment and resolve any collection disputes.

Your Background:
Education: Bachelor’s degree with 2-3 years of experience in a similar position, project management, or commercial operations. Alternatively, an Associate’s degree with 5 years of relevant experience.
Experience: Prior industrial or technical experience is preferred.

Skills:
o Organized and structured approach in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environ-ment.
o Ability to prioritize tasks and activities effectively.
o Team player with a winning attitude.
o Excellent computer skills, particularly in MS Office.
o Prior SAP experience is a plus.
