Job Description

Description:

Major Purpose
Serves as a link between channel partners and the Company to communicate and resolve issues of a medium complexity surrounding complete goods or Service Parts orders, product configuration, availability and shipments.

Major Duties

Produce, update, and provide best practice support on a wide range of Microsoft documents, databases, and other departmental systems.
Design own monthly schedule and, if necessary, assign work to others in order to speed up office workflow and ensure high-priority tasks get done.
Use data management systems to access specific information as and when required.
Carry out a range of supply chain management activities. Involves using existing procedures.
Help manage internal clients by carrying out standard activities and providing support to others.
Use the internal communications system to access specific information.
Support others by performing a range of facilities management activities.
Operate complex equipment and machines, adjusting diverse variables to achieve the best possible outcomes in terms of quality and productivity. Also responsible for generating solutions to simple and recurring inefficiencies.

Work Experience

Very limited work based experience (0 to 3 months)

Job Responsibilities:

The primary responsibility of these roles will be to measure parts in the warehouse and input the data into our packaging spec application. Specific instructions will be provided on what measurements need to be made and how to make them.
Support offsite packaging operations in projects related to safety, quality and productivity.
Coordinates the resolution of parts problems between parts distribution center, factories, vendors and dealers regarding parts identification, mixed stock, defective stock or unshipped orders

These roles will be working in a warehouse environment and will require all necessary PPE - safety shoes, safety glasses and gloves. Employees will need to be able to lift parts weighing up to 50 lbs.

Top Must Haves:
- basic Excel, computer knowledge
- Decision making skills
- Ability to look at data sets

Requirements:
-Able to lift 50lbs
-Able to drive Cushman (small, battery operated vehicle - similar to a small golf-cart)
-Comfortable in high traffic warehouse environment
-Able to be on their feet 70% of day
-Able to use simple software applications

Preferred:
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in business, and/or supply chain but not required
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience working with warehouse management systems (SAP)
- Manager open to recent graduates

Onsite day 1
1st shift hours for training. 1st shift hours of operation.
Metatarsals required
