Job Description
This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a Partner Management Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting Partner Management in the following aspects:
Support the client product teams by building contract terms and business model for indirect sales of products into the USA markets.
Cross-functional interaction among legal, compliance, and quality departments assuring required sales partner processes are maintained and acceptable.
Maintain sales partner contract management within the contract archive when appropriate.
Assist quality management system documentation, SOP and work instruction preparation, and scheduling regular sales partner briefings.
Support quality activities by maintaining sales partner ecosystem, audit schedule, and audit planning of sales partners.
Maintain sales partner document library, change control process, and nonconformance recordkeeping.
Assist management of relevant technical analyst firm interactions, planning of product evaluations, and scheduling of analyst participation at key events and tradeshows.
Cross-functional interaction among market and sales operations, and communications in data management processes.
Support annual auditing of select applications for compliance to data privacy requirements.
Required skills to have for the success of this role (University Degree preferred or required, Years of Experience)
BA/BS in Supply Chain Management, Business, Quality, Marketing / Communications or related field.
Minimum 10+ years of successful experience in related field and successful demonstration of key responsibilities
Extensive experience with regular prioritization and management of a variety of projects.
Knowledge and experience interacting with many levels of management and individual contributors accomplishing responsibilities.
Experience with supporting change, processes, and implementing tools/processes within organizations with a proven outcome
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate competencies in sales partner / procurement contract preparation and management, quality management system support, technical analyst relations, and assist in Data Privacy management.
