Position Overview


Parts Coordinator

Major Purpose
Serves as a link between channel partners and the Company to communicate and resolve issues of a medium complexity surrounding complete goods or Service Parts orders, product configuration, availability and shipments.

Major Duties
Produce, update, and provide best practice support on a wide range of Microsoft documents, databases, and other departmental systems.
Design own monthly schedule and, if necessary, assign work to others in order to speed up office workflow and ensure high-priority tasks get done.
Use data management systems to access specific information as and when required.
Carry out a range of supply chain management activities. Involves using existing procedures.
Help manage internal clients by carrying out standard activities and providing support to others.
Use the internal communications system to access specific information.
Support others by performing a range of facilities management activities.
Operate complex equipment and machines, adjusting diverse variables to achieve the best possible outcomes in terms of quality and productivity. Also responsible for generating solutions to simple and recurring inefficiencies.

Work Experience
Basic experience of coordinating the work of others (4 to 6 months)
Very limited work based experience (0 to 3 months)

Seeking a Parts Coordinator. No forklift. Work environment will be completely in the warehouse at a work center with some data entry. Previous warehouse, inventory management, or reconciliation is highly preferred. Must be proficient with MS Office.


Notes:
Driving a Cushman required after training is provided
Second shift coordinator – hours 130 to 930. Onsite from Day 1.
Subject to change for short periods of times to support audits. This may include Saturdays.
