We are looking for a Payroll Tax Specialist to handle payroll tax related mail management, company registrations and other administrative tasks.

Duties
1. Payroll Tax related Mail Sorting onsite and other administrative items.
2. Helping in company registrations.
3. Payroll Tax Notice research and resolution.
4. Account Numbers research, clean-up and updates.
5. State, Local, Unemployment and federal tax registrations.
6. Adhoc items - as needed.

Experience
Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Experience in SharePoint, ADP SmartCompliance.
Experience in multi-tasking and strong analytical skills.
2+ years experience in US Payroll Tax.

As a Payroll Tax Specialist, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
