Production support of PeopleSoft Campus Solutions version 9.2 – Working for Financial Aid Project to implement and monitor additional PeopleSoft functionality

Skills/Qualifications Desired

Experienced with PeopleSoft Campus Solutions 9.0/9.2 Financial Aid and other related areas
Skilled in/with Higher Education
Experienced as a Functional Lead
Experienced with award year setup
Experienced with Training development, documentation, and delivery
Experienced reviewing, reengineering, and documenting best practice business processes
Experienced with Testing
Experienced supporting Campus Solutions upgrade and post Go-Live
Experienced with other areas of Campus Solutions is a plus

Scope

Lead Functional Financial Aid Analysts
Assist with regular PUM updates within Financial Aid module
Assist with production support by monitoring SharePoint and CRM financial aid related tickets and assist with resolution
SME – Act as a Subject Matter Expert and resource for PeopleSoft Campus Solutions Financial Aid Module
Assist with new operational and/or capital projects as appropriate

Notes:
