Position Summary:
Exciting opportunity for Certified Pharmacy Technicians to work in a complex, high impact customer service role for our Participant Services department.

Duties:
Pharmacy Technicians in Participant Services accept incoming calls related to requests submitted to Participant Services, resolve issues that have been submitted to Participant Services via mail, tasks, and partners with other departments to ensure timely resolution of requests/inquiries, which include: Pharmacy, Shipping, Customer Care, Finance, Claims Processing, and Eligibility.

This position may work in multiple types of queues and databases to resolve issues. This position also involves extensive phone interactions with member and possibly Prescribers as well. Techs will serve as the initial point of contact for Customer Care and Members before the required Pharmacist involvement for all clinical issues/questions. This position may have the ability to Work from Home, depending on several factors including site location, employee performance, department need, as well as other criteria.

Experience:
0 - 6 months of experience
Will take a candidate with a trainee license from AZ in good standing
Customer services or call center experience is PREFERRED

Education:
AZ pharm tech license or trainee license in good standing REQUIRED
Verifiable High School diploma or GED is required.

Notes:
Mon-Fri with rotating Saturday shifts. Hours of operation 7a-7pm. Training: Mon-Fri 7am to 3:30pm
Training is onsite for approximately 4 weeks (7am - 330pm AZT); after training they will be 100% remotely working from home; the only time they will be required to go onsite is for technical issues or if they lose internet access. Working hours after training will be an 8 hour shift between 7am - 7pm AZT.
