Maintains complete, timely and accurate documentation of inventory.The role will mainly focus on Production, with an opportunity to learn other roles such as patient outreach, intake, shipping, or prior auth.ExperienceRequired:Experience in a customer service position with HIGH VOLUME CALL CENTER, preferably in healthcare, social services, or a similar service position.Active WA state Pharmacy Technician License in good standing is required.Excellent customer service skills (written and verbal) a must.EducationVerifiable High School diploma or GED is required.Notes:Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm (may vary, open hours are 8am-6pm) 40 hrs/wk. 8.5hr shift with 30min lunchOnsite as needed
