Job Description

Flexible (onsite/hybrid/remote)

Description:

Need an experienced PHY system modeling engineer who is hands-on with firmware development and post-silicon activities.

Candidate should ideally be able to develop a PHY architectural model in SystemC, but other languages are also acceptable.
Strong PHY experience with SerDes/DDR background preferred.
Require exceptional firmware skills with proven ability to implement and validate PHY calibration, adaptation, and training algorithms.
Work involves good amount of scripting, data collection and analysis.
Candidate should be able to run system simulations and correlate with silicon results.
Strong coding skills in C, SystemC, Matlab, System Verilog and Python preferred.
Familiarity with signal integrity (SI) and power integrity (PI) would be beneficial.
Essential to have strong debugging skills.
