Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Is a fully qualified Pipeline engineer; Requires general to mature engineering knowledge while managing deviations from standard methods while more senior individuals will manage the coordination of difficult and impactful assignments by utilizing new approaches to come up with solutions to unusual problems and resolving most conflicts. 
  • Makes decisions using established guideline, procedures and or policies. 
  • Will be tasked with validated and analyzing suggested approaches to medium complexity issues by junior engineering staff. 
  • Design materials, structures, and systems while considering the limitations imposed by practicality, regulation, safety, and cost. 
  • Conduct feasibly studies, resource requirements both people and materials and setting standards for both operating and development activities. 
  • Responsible for providing operational pipeline integrity support to capital projects in development, and implementing a formal process of asset integration to operations.

Qualifications:

  • PHMSA. University degree. 
  • Experience: 5-10 years

  • Looking for a strong project manager/Project controls that has worked in a utility gas industry
  • Looking for candidates specifically in distribution gas lines 
  • 5 + years of experience is required
  • Bachelors degree in engineer is mandatory
  • Travel - travel to other client Locations
  • Power BI experience is Preferred
  • Consultant will evaluate the health of all the assets - distribution gas lines, service lines, meters. Review all the data associated to the asset distribution. Review the program that brings down the risk.
