This role will focus on building and maintaining dashboards, cleansing and preparing data, and supporting standardized reporting across warehousing, procurement, order management, and transportation.This is a hands-on execution role. KPI definitions, reporting requirements, prioritization, and business context will be provided by internal stakeholders. The analyst will be responsible for translating those requirements into accurate, timely, and reliable dashboards and datasets.Key ResponsibilitiesReporting & DashboardsBuild and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports based on defined business requirementsUpdate and enhance existing dashboards to improve usability, performance, and clarityEnsure dashboards are refreshed, accurate, and aligned to provided KPI definitionsSupport ad-hoc reporting and data requests from Logistics leadershipData Preparation & ManagementQuery and extract data from Snowflake using SQLClean, transform, and validate datasets using Power Query and SQLCombine data from multiple sources (Snowflake, ERP extracts, flat files)Identify data quality issues and escalate to internal owners when neededAnalytics SupportPerform basic analysis including trend comparisons, variances, and performance trackingSupport preparation of charts, tables, and summaries for leadership reviewsAssist with documentation of data sources, logic, and report definitionsProcess & Automation Support (Limited Scope)Support simple automation tasks (e.g., Power Automate flows) under guidanceAssist with repetitive reporting or data preparation tasks to reduce manual effortRequired Qualifications2–4 years’ experience in data analytics or reportingHands-on experience with Power BI (report building, visuals, basic DAX)Proficiency in SQL, with experience querying SnowflakeExperience with data cleansing and transformationComfortable working with structured requirements and defined KPIsStrong attention to detail and data accuracyAbility to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentPreferred / Nice-to-HaveExposure to supply chain or logistics data (warehousing, procurement, order management, transportation)Familiarity with ERP data extracts (e.g., SAP)Experience supporting operational or executive reportingBasic experience with Power Automate or similar tools VIVA is an equal opportunity employer.
