Hybrid: Local Candidates to HQ

Job Description:

  • Manage the end-to-end production of in-store marketing elements across multiple categories and business units. Your core responsibility will be to ensure that all deliverables are executed with precision. Identifying and implementing process improvements and output enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

Production Management & Execution

  • Lead production efforts for in-store marketing elements across various business categories.
  • Vendor production specifications; review mechanical files to ensure accuracy.
  • Cross-functional collaboration
  • Collaborate with both the client-based team to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency.

Estimates & Budgeting

  • Prepare and manage project estimates, keeping stakeholders informed of changes throughout the production lifecycle.
  • Ensure adherence to budgetary constraints while maintaining high-quality output.

Communication & Coordination

  • Serve as the liaison between internal and external stakeholders, translating creative concepts into actionable production specifications.
  • Communicate effectively with design teams, vendors, and cross-functional partners regarding color accuracy, material choices, and timelines.

Technical & Store-Specific Expertise

  • Understand various store layouts and hardware systems relevant to the categories you support.
  • Contribute to standardization initiatives by developing repeatable, scalable solutions for store marketing executions.

Problem-Solving & Innovation

  • Proactively identify challenges and develop creative solutions
  • Refining processes and embracing innovative production techniques.

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

Must Have:

  • Print production experience
  • Proficient in Smartsheet
  • Well versed with MS Office tools (Excel, Power Point)

Experience:

  • 2 - 5 years
