Position Description:
This is an entry-level role that will provide training and the opportunity to work for a global company with a highly regulated work environment. A print room operator must have the capability to multitask to complete a wide variety of printing and folding of product identification materials for the Filling and Packaging departments. Position requires the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including hearing protection and safety shoes. PPE will be provided. Position requires Basic Computer skills: PC Skills (MS Office Software, Outlook, Word, Documentum, etc.)
Position requires daily operation of the following equipment:
Formax folding machines
Zebra printer
Copy machines
Cutting machines
Bursting machines Position requires lifting materials up to 50 lbs. Based on business needs individuals may be required to work overtime and/or may be asked to modify their work hours.

Completing the Label Batch Record
Printing ADVIA Centaur, Centaur CP and Atellica IM Master Curve Cards, MCM, SVK Target Sheet, Customer Control Target Sheets and MM Inserts Supplements
Completing the Packaging Batch Record
Printed Material Verification
Incoming Inspection of Barcode Labels, Master Curve Cards and Value Assignment Cards
QC Applications on the Test Data Management System (TDMS)
Off-line Production Requests
Off-line Labels
On-line In-house Printed Labels and Label Text Requirements
Printing GS1 and IH Labels from SLMS
Master curve Card and Calibrator Card Generation for ODM Partners and R&D
Compiling of Printed Material Files
Adding/Modifying GS1 Label Data in SLMS
Creating New Labels in Seagull Scientific Bar Tender
Label Content requirements for Draco In-House Bilingual Shipping Labels Using SLMS Print room operator must follow production area procedures and area guidelines as written. Comply with quality system and regulatory agencies: FDA, ISO, OSHA, etc. Follow all area safety rules and procedures.
