A Brief OverviewAs a Process Engineer, Strategic Process Improvement/Operations for the client, you will report to the Lead Director, Operations/Strategic Process Improvement who will drive the strategy and execution outcomes of the Process Excellence team. You will work across the client focusing on process improvement, driving change across multiple business verticals, and program management across applicable business verticals. You will be responsible for delivering process maps, gap analysis, defect identification, and problem solutioning. You'll assist with leadership updates and collaboration across the enterprise and business units as the strategy evolves.Duties/Responsibilities:Clarify purpose and define process start/end pointsIdentify stakeholders, SMEs, and decision ownersSME interviews and working sessionsReview existing SOPs, job aids, policiesMap each step (include handshakes, tooling, timing, etc)List process steps as RACI rowsIdentify roles or stakeholders as columnsAssign Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, InformedWalkthroughs with SMEs and leadersConfirm step accuracy and accountabilityResolve conflicts around ownershipAdjust map and RACI based on feedbackFinalize and publish process map and RACILink artifacts to SOPs, training, or governance processesConfirm process owner and review cadenceDefine how updates will be managedRequired QualificationsAt least 5 years of Healthcare experience.5+ years of process improvement and program management experience.5 or more years experience working in either matrix environments or high-collaboration organizations.Lean or LSS equivalent certification.Superior communication skills and experience communicating at all levels of the organization, including the Executive Leadership Team.Experience building, developing, and leading high performing teams both directly and indirectly.Experience driving long term strategies while delivering on near team objectives.Some travel will be required, but likely less than 25%Preferred QualificationsPharmacy Benefit Management ExperienceEducationBachelor's Degree RequiredNotes:100% Remote - can be located anywhere in MST, CST, or EST Time Zones but must work EST hours.Mon-Fri 9:30am-6pm EST; hours can be flexible based on manager discretion
