Description:Plan negotiations, define awarding strategy and prepare sourcing board approvals, respecting the suppliers defined by the commodity strategy, to enable pooling potential.Negotiate local, regional, or multi-site contracts in conjunction with relevant procurement managers, or independently. This includes negotiating prices, delivery schedules, and payment terms, among other specifics.Manage the relationship with assigned suppliers (in alignment with CM/GCM when applicable).Generates, documents and implement savings measures; monitor and reports relevant KPIs.Identify procurement risks and opportunities and implement respective measuresImplement Commodity Strategies and define local/regional material field strategy for non-pooled commodities and Portfolios/PCCs Strategies.Job RequirementBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or Engineering10+ years of experience in strategic sourcing/commodity managementMust be Fluent in EnglishExperience working in a complex, global organizational environment with a strong understanding of component manufacturing processes and quality (or Direct Procurement).Outstanding Excel skills, coupled with excellent commercial, contractual, and project management competence.Strong communication, presentation, and customer management skills, with experience working in a matrix environment and managing global supplier relationships.Notes:THIS IS AN ONSITE ROLEVIVA is an equal opportunity employer.
