Position Overview


Overview
The Product Environmental Compliance (PEC) Program Manager 1 is responsible for supporting the development, implementation, and execution of product environmental compliance programs across a portfolio of products and services. This role ensures that products meet global environmental regulations and corporate sustainability requirements throughout the product lifecycle, from design and development through manufacturing, distribution, and end-of-life management.

Key Responsibilities
Support planning, execution, and continuous improvement of product environmental compliance programs.
Monitor and help interpret global environmental regulations including RoHS, REACH, WEEE, TSCA, Proposition 65, PFAS, battery, packaging and EPR requirements.
Partner with engineering teams to incorporate compliance requirements into product design.
Coordinate supplier material declaration activities and compliance documentation.
Track compliance milestones, risks, and remediation plans.
Maintain audit-ready compliance records and declarations.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
2+ years of related experience.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Experience coordinating cross-functional projects.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with electronics, hardware, or manufacturing products.
Familiarity with BOMcheck, Assent, IMDS, Agile or similar tools preferred.
Knowledge of supplier compliance and chemical substance reporting.
