As a Planning and Reliability Engineer for the client, you will develop and execute test plans and processes for the Golf and Commercial Mowing PVV (product verification & validation) Department.In addition, you will:Plan and coordinate testing and analysis work for design projects varying in complexity from component only to complete development programs.Review work done by PV&V engineers, lab technicians, and mechanics for evaluation of machine performance/reliability to product specifications.Provides technical support to marketing, product engineering, manufacturing, quality and supply management functional areas.Prepare reports and presentations outlining the progress of test plans and path towards product goals.What Skills You NeedBachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Agricultural Engineering or equivalent knowledgeExperience with lawn care products and environmentsStrong problem-solving and project management skillsExperience with meeting facilitation, note taking, and issue trackingStrong verbal and written communication skillsWhat Makes You Stand OutDemonstrated skills with visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBIExperience within the product development environmentExperience working effectively across departments/functionsExperience reading and writing test standards and proceduresNotes:1st Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM. Client may request overtime hours.Safety shoes required for first day (internal met guard, EH electrical hazard rating)
