Job Description

As a Planning and Reliability Engineer for the client, you will develop and execute test plans and processes for the Golf and Commercial Mowing PVV (product verification & validation) Department.

In addition, you will:
Plan and coordinate testing and analysis work for design projects varying in complexity from component only to complete development programs.
Review work done by PV&V engineers, lab technicians, and mechanics for evaluation of machine performance/reliability to product specifications.
Provides technical support to marketing, product engineering, manufacturing, quality and supply management functional areas.
Prepare reports and presentations outlining the progress of test plans and path towards product goals.

What Skills You Need
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Agricultural Engineering or equivalent knowledge
Experience with lawn care products and environments
Strong problem-solving and project management skills
Experience with meeting facilitation, note taking, and issue tracking
Strong verbal and written communication skills

What Makes You Stand Out
Demonstrated skills with visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI
Experience within the product development environment
Experience working effectively across departments/functions
Experience reading and writing test standards and procedures

Notes:
1st Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM. Client may request overtime hours.
Safety shoes required for first day (internal met guard, EH electrical hazard rating)
