Needs to be able to move parts to location.Responsibilities Include:Comply with all Quality Management System requirements and applicable laws/regulationsProperly utilize controlled, released documentation to perform all work tasks and processesMeet and maintain all required training records and comply with all site safety policiesEvaluate and identify damaged components, order replacement parts, and create work ordersDisassemble, systems, clean all components, and repair/replace damage partsComplete any required service corrective actions and system software/hardware upgradesReassemble systems and install required options and accessoriesVerify correct system operation through diagnostic and functional testsRecord all test results and update Device History Records for each piece of equipmentIdentify, segregate, and disposition/redirect product that fails acceptance criteriaMaintain accurate inventory records including status/location of parts and systemsMaintain tools and test equipment properly and ensure calibrations are completeDrive product quality by identifying manufacturing issues and assist with correctionsWork with engineers, team, and site leaders to improve process quality and efficiencyFocus on improving on-time delivery and overall customer outcomes/experienceNotes:Work shift – Monday- Thursday 6:00-4:30 (possibly 5:30 to 4:00)
