JOB DESCRIPTION

Seeking a highly detail-oriented Contract Production Designer to support the execution of a large-scale seasonal print catalog. This assignment will require partnering closely with global Art Directors, Imaging, CGI, Content, and external teams to bring creative concepts to life. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and has strong technical production skills in Adobe InDesign, asset management, and layout execution. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain base InDesign files and pagination structures Execute layout production based on established story concepts and grid systems Strong typography skills, including managing INDD styles Manage vendor image intake and upload assets into shared systems Link approved and print ready assets into layouts Maintain organized file structures (SharePoint, CC Library) Participate in review sessions and implement feedback Support final production checks (multiple rounds) and handoff best practices

Required Qualifications

3+ years experience in production design for retail, catalog, or large-scale marketing campaigns Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign and print production requirements Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, CC Libraries) Familiarity with collaborative tools such as Miro and SharePoint Experience managing large multi-page documents (50+ pages) Strong organizational skills and file management discipline Ability to follow established design systems and maintain brand consistency Ability to manage multiple deadlines across different stages of print workflow Cross-functional collaboration with global marketing teams Experience with repagination across multiple drops
