Job Description

Description:

Clean glass, metal and plastic parts by performing repetitive short cycle task/movements. Will use hand and power tools, small to large machinery, and test equipment. Performs visual and mechanical inspection/calibration/testing using written and/or graphic instructions and test procedures. Responsible for basic set-ups, adjusts and monitors equipment. Notifies appropriate personnel if process/method is out of compliance. Assist in investigating causes for non-compliance. Rotates between operations within a work cell as well as between work cells and departments. Assists in maintaining work cell and/or department records. Uses manufacturing system to replenish components, check component availability, cycle time and to report production. Prepares production documentation (efficiency & quality records) ensuring information is correct. Assists in training co-workers.

Job responsibility:

Collect dirty glassware, plastic containers, and metal parts from the production area. Wash, sanitize, and return cleaned items back to the production area.
Properly assemble, package, label, and store production parts.
Always follow area safety rules, timely complete all required safety trainings.
Maintain working area and storage area clean and well organized.
Timely respond to and satisfy production area needs.
Follow all area procedures, never deviate without approval. Escalate all issues and timely reach to the appropriate supporting teams.
Keep clear documentation of all work done.
Willing to adjust work time to align with urgent request to satisfy production needs.
Actively look for opportunities to improve process efficiency. Drive the implementation of changes.

Requirement:

High school diploma
Work experiences in chemical or biological manufacturing environment are preferred.
