Summary
Responsible for running, monitoring, and maintaining equipment used to process, fill, and distribute industrial and medical gases safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Run high-pressure gas systems, compressors, and filling racks. Connect, pressure-test, and monitor gas transfer equipment. Load, unload, and move cylinders using forklifts and hand trucks.
Monitoring & Quality: Track system parameters (pressure, temperature, flow). Perform gas purity testing to ensure products meet quality and medical standards. Conduct basic maintenance and troubleshooting.
Safety & Compliance: Strictly enforce safety protocols and the client's Life Saving Rules. Complete Job Safety Analyses (JSAs) and exercise Stop Work Authority when necessary. Wear required PPE (cryogenic gear, FR clothing).
Maintain accurate shift logs, cylinder records, and shipping paperwork. Report equipment defects and safety hazards immediately.

Basic Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED (Process Tech degree preferred).
Strong mechanical aptitude; background in manufacturing, chemicals, or logistics.
Valid driver's license; forklift certification (CDL with Hazmat required for field positions).
Physical ability to lift 50–75 lbs, stand for long shifts, climb ladders, and work in outdoors/all-weather environments.
