Job Description

Description:

Responsibilities:
To create, modify, and manage production schedules including monitoring inventory levels and facilitating the timely delivery of products to customers.
Coordinate production workflow for multiple products.
Estimating the amount of material, equipment, and labor required for production
Promptly addressing and resolving production issues to minimize delays in product
Coordinating production operations in accordance with material, labor, and equipment availability.
Determine raw materials needed to cover production demand.
Effecting changes to production schedules to ensure that production deadlines are met
Monitor manufacturing performance to ensure they will finish on time.
Address issues when they arise aiming for minimum disruption.
Obtain output information of manufacturing on daily, weekly, monthly basis.
Compiling status and performance reports and submitting them to management in a timely manner
Prepare and Keep paperwork organized.
Collaborate with master scheduler and other concern functions to ensure production orders are completed on time

Training
Create and maintain HSE training matrix for each employee, including certifications
1.Forklift
2.Crane
3.HSE LDP
Assist with monthly safety awareness training
Scheduling, setup
Scan and electronically file quizzes and attendance records
Perform document control of HSE documents
ABRA
Adonis
PPE Assessments

Must Requirements and skills:
Proven experience as production planner (35 years)
Excellent knowledge of production planning and material management principles
Experience in MRP (Manufacturing resource planning)
Working knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems
Good on statistical analysis.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication abilities

Education:
High school diploma (Minimum)

Preferred:
Associates Degree
