Description:Responsibilities:To create, modify, and manage production schedules including monitoring inventory levels and facilitating the timely delivery of products to customers.Coordinate production workflow for multiple products.Estimating the amount of material, equipment, and labor required for productionPromptly addressing and resolving production issues to minimize delays in productCoordinating production operations in accordance with material, labor, and equipment availability.Determine raw materials needed to cover production demand.Effecting changes to production schedules to ensure that production deadlines are metMonitor manufacturing performance to ensure they will finish on time.Address issues when they arise aiming for minimum disruption.Obtain output information of manufacturing on daily, weekly, monthly basis.Compiling status and performance reports and submitting them to management in a timely mannerPrepare and Keep paperwork organized.Collaborate with master scheduler and other concern functions to ensure production orders are completed on timeTrainingCreate and maintain HSE training matrix for each employee, including certifications1.Forklift2.Crane3.HSE LDPAssist with monthly safety awareness trainingScheduling, setupScan and electronically file quizzes and attendance recordsPerform document control of HSE documentsABRAAdonisPPE AssessmentsMust Requirements and skills:Proven experience as production planner (35 years)Excellent knowledge of production planning and material management principlesExperience in MRP (Manufacturing resource planning)Working knowledge of MS Office and ERP systemsGood on statistical analysis.Strong organizational and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication abilitiesEducation:High school diploma (Minimum)Preferred:Associates DegreeNotes:100% On Site VIVA is an equal opportunity employer.
