JOB DESCRIPTIONPosition SummaryThis role will support a cross-functional initiative focused on compliance with the FDA Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) Section 204 Food Traceability Rule. This role will partner with internal teams and external food vendors to facilitate onboarding, review required traceability documentation, and help ensure vendors meet regulatory requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate vendor onboarding activities related to the FDA Food Traceability Rule (FSMA 204).Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones and deliverables are completed on time.Gather, review, and validate vendor documentation for compliance with FSMA 204 requirements.Communicate findings and provide clear, actionable feedback to vendors regarding documentation deficiencies or required updates.Track project progress, identify risks or issues, and escalate concerns with recommended solutions when appropriate.Monitor project activities using Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Smartsheet.Maintain accurate project documentation, status reports, and communication plans.Support multiple workstreams while ensuring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.TECHNICAL SKILLSMust HaveMust have Knowledge of FSMA 204 regulation, be comfortable using Microsoft office suite, SharePoint, Smartsheet. Be detail oriented, and a clear communicator.Nice To HaveFamiliar with EDI 856 data transmissions and GS1-128 barcodes and know how to review for compliance with FSMA 204.Skills DescriptionKnowledge of FSMA 204 regulation, comfortable using Microsoft office suite, SharePoint, Smartsheet.
