Industrial Engineer (IE) with Construction Management Experience The Industrial Engineer will be responsible for leading the design activities with a contracted design firm, overseeing specific disciplines, and providing support according to the proposed project schedule to avoid delays or lack of prompt answers to Request For information, approval of Construction Plans and Specifications, Revisions and Approvals of Submittals by the contractors, and clarifications on undefined or inconclusive scope covered in the Construction Plans and Specifications. The IE may be remotely located during the design phase but must be able to provide actual field presence at the site during the buildout phase. Additional costs in addition to direct remuneration for services must be considered up front and are to be submitted as part of the service.
