Job Description

These individuals will work remotely in the US, and are able to work across all time zones.

Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage various tasks/ projects to be completed within a quick turnaround time frame throughout the day
Manage and issue assignments to various teams for task completion in various systems
Monitoring reports from various systems- while analyzing the data to support project tracking
Address roadblocks and follow-ups via email and conference calls with various teams and various levels of Management
Manage daily escalations within and outside of our team to ensure timely resolutions
Maintain consistent follow-up with stakeholders to keep tasks/projects on track
Assist in documenting processes and identifying streamlining opportunities as they arise
Supporting our team Leadership in day-to-day coordination and task management activities

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Project Management Skills
Time Management : Planning and Organization –defining project goals, developing schedules, managing objectives, deadlines, timeline, task completion – Strong Follow up Skills
Resource Allocation – assigning and utilizing resources effectively, creating a positive and collaborative team environment, strong motivator
Problem Solving – Adaptability - identifying root cause /issues while developing solutions. Being able to adjust quickly in ever changing circumstances- Comfortable in a fast-moving, sometimes ambiguous environment
Critical Thinking – Self Starting Individual – able to make sound decisions based on the data provided – issue and manage escalations
Communication - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Quick Learner – able to learn and react quickly
Professional – competence and solution oriented mindset , detail oriented, while persistent and professional in responses to crisis

Proficient with Microsoft products – WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT, OUTLOOK, TEAMS
Advanced Excel skills is required (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, condition formatting, charts/graphs complex formulas, data analysis )
Experience with Site tracker system a plus

Familiarity with telecom, Engineering/ Construction, + infrastructure project Management is a plus
