RemoteDescription:The client Medicaid Program Administrator will ensure the effective administration of Medicaid initiatives at the client.This position leads1) development, revision, execution, and oversight of federal Advance Planning Documents, contracts, MOAs, MOUs, BAAs and other agreements associated with the program,2) coordination and alignment of efforts across client, Medicaid, and vendor staff to ensure program goals are met,3) internal program team meetings, together with project management staff,4) progress reporting to state and federal partners, and5) communications with state and federal partners and related stakeholder organizations.This includes, but is not limited to:Engaging client staff and key partners, e.g., Client and SAS (Client’s technical partner), in planning and drafting of scopes of work, budgets, and frameworks for data exchange.Navigating internal and external processes to ensure the timely execution of project agreements (e.g., APDs, contracts, MOAs, MOUs, BAAs).Monitoring and providing guidance to ensure that project implementation, spending, and data use proceed according to project agreements, organizational protocols, and client regulations.Ensuring project plans, staffing, reporting, procurements, timelines, and milestones align with parameters outlined in project agreements.Serving as a spokesperson for the client partners and key provider stakeholder organizations.Skill - Required / Desired - Amount of ExperienceContract development, administration, and monitoring - Required - 3 YearsBudget development, administration, and monitoring - Required - 3 YearsImplementing data governance and exchange and associated documentation according to state and federal regulations - Required - 3 YearsCoordinating staffing needs and associated documentation across business units - Required - 3 YearsResearching and evaluating vendor solutions needed to address project needs - Required - 3 YearsMonitoring and reporting out on progress per project management tracking/reporting - Required - 3 YearsAligning efforts and ensuring effective communication across multiple business units - Required - 3 YearsNotes:RemoteVIVA is an equal opportunity employer.
