Description :The client is seeking one full-time resource to provide advanced Project Management support for client and System Modernization project for the duration of the effort. This Project Manager is needed to bring active, high visibility System Modernization project to successful completion. At a high level, the resource will be responsible for providing leadership for the client and System Modernization projects including technical, resource, schedule, communication and financial planning. The successful responder will be expected to communicate and incorporate business owner's visions, business plans, and key objectives, and establish and communicate clear performance expectations to members of the team. For additional details on the request such as qualifications, tasks, and evaluation criteria, see the attachments found in the Buyer Attachment section of the Event.Sample TasksProvide leadership for program/project for projects with client and System Modernization technical solution impacts including technical, resource, schedule, communication and financial plans.Management of pre-identified client and System Modernization project portfolios.Communicate and incorporate business owner’s visions, business plans, and key objectives. Establish and communicate clear performance expectations to members of the client and System Modernization IT solutions.Provide updates as required by client and System Modernization Portfolio Management teams and client leadership.Provide project management and vendor management mentoring to State and other vendor staff as required.Foster a culture that supports and drives staff engagement and collaboration in support of State objectives.Establish, manage, and leverage business and technology relationships both internal and external to the client and System Modernization IT solutions.Provide knowledge transfer.Provide strategic vision and thinking with focus on outcomesCreate clear and attainable project/program objectivesCreate clear and attainable project/program requirementsManage program/project constraints of cost, time and scopeForm close links with team members and stakeholdersMinimum QualificationsFour years of experience with IBM Cúram solution for healthcare reform. Four years of experience working with Independent Validation and Verification (IV&V) process.Four years of experience working with the Federal Government’s Advance Planning Document (APD) process.
