Job Description

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
6-10 years of experience in project management.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana).
Knowledge of budgeting and financial tracking.
Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Capable of managing time efficiently and meeting deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello).
Strong ability to work collaboratively with team members and interact professionally with clients and stakeholders.
Ability to identify issues and develop practical solutions.
Ability to handle highly sensitive information with confidentiality.

Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning and Execution:
o Develop project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
o Coordinate project activities and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
o Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary.
2. Administrative Support:
o Maintain project documentation, including files, reports, schedules, and meeting minutes.
o Assist in preparing project budgets and tracking expenses.
o Organize and facilitate project meetings, including scheduling and agenda preparation.
3. Team Collaboration:
o Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met.
o Foster a collaborative team environment and promote effective communication.
o Provide guidance and support to team members as needed.
4. Stakeholder Management:
o Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders.
o Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and management.
o Address any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
5. Risk Management:
o Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
o Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures throughout project execution.
6. Continuous Improvement:
o Evaluate project outcomes and implement lessons learned for future projects.
o Recommend process improvements to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.

Working hours: Monday to Friday 7:30 am - 4:30 pm
