Description:
This is a Technology rollout call center, so all our assignments involve working on multiple technology projects. This position involves working on multiple technology projects that involve installing hardware in a retail environment. We also provide first level trouble shooting support to contractors/vendors on-site implementing hardware. The projects utilize third party vendors to provide us with the necessary technicians to complete this work on-site at retail sites. This position is not for taking calls, this is just to give some context.
You will report to a Program Manager who will provide you with your work duties. These duties will involve, but may not be limited to, maintaining and coordinating multiple vendor schedules for each project, schedule change management, communicating with project stake holders and vendors, and also coordinating and maintaining revisit/punch/"clean-up" schedule dates for multiple projects and vendors.
You will be provided all required knowledge for each project, vendor and stakeholder contacts, as well as a company laptop and necessary application/systems access.
Duties:
These duties will involve, but may not be limited to, maintaining and coordinating multiple vendor schedules for each project, schedule change management, communicating with project stake holders and vendors, and also coordinating and maintaining revisit/punch/"clean-up" schedule dates for multiple projects and vendors.
You will need to handle multiple technical rollout projects simultaneously, provide necessary project updates and reporting as requested, and be able to work independently after receiving proper direction.
Experience:
1-3 years of experience in project coordination or a related field is required
Ability to work effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients is required
Strong communication (written and verbal), organizational, and time management skills are required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required
Understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) is preferred
Education:
A Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED required
