Job Description

Program Design and Implementation: Develop and implement talent development programs, including leadership development, technical training, and professional skills enhancement. Collaborate with business leaders and HR partners to identify training needs and create customized development plans.

Leadership Development: Design and manage leadership development initiatives to build a strong pipeline of future leaders. Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and mentoring programs to support leadership growth.

Performance Management: Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms.

The current workload associated with managing People Review, Succession Planning, and Top Talent initiatives has exceeded the capacity of our existing resources.

Increased Complexity and Volume: The People Review process involves comprehensive assessments, feedback collection, and performance evaluations for a large number of employees. The complexity and volume of these tasks require dedicated attention to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Succession Planning necessitates identifying high-potential employees, creating development plans, and ensuring a robust talent pipeline for critical roles. This process is time-intensive and requires continuous monitoring and adjustment. Managing Top Talent involves personalized development plans, mentorship programs, and retention strategies to ensure our top performers are engaged and motivated. This requires significant effort and specialized focus.

Requirements:
Required Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field is preferred

Required Experience: Human Resources or Talent Development: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in human resources, talent development, or a related field.

Experience in managing internship programs, graduate recruitment, or early career development initiatives.

Program Management: Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing structured programs, such as internships or leadership development programs. Strong organizational and project management skills

Skills and Abilities Required: Leadership and Management: Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire teams. Proven ability to design, implement, and manage talent development programs.

Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and align talent development initiatives with organizational goals. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships. Ability to work collaboratively with HR partners, business leaders, and employees.

Project Management: Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
